In this painting, I depicted four calla lilies against an abstract purple background. I chose the background colour to create a strong contrast with the flowers, making them appear more luminous. I titled this piece “Dancing Flowers” because the flowers seem to move rhythmically, as if dancing to the music of the background itself.
